Broker/Agent Submissions

If you are an approved broker/agent:

DefenseInsure can provide a pricing indication based on a completed New Business Application or from a copy of another carrier's application, providing it has a current signature and date.

If you would like to submit another carrier's application, please be sure it contains the following information:

	The firm's areas of practice
	Claim history including current loss and expense reserves and payments for the last 5 years (a loss run from the carrier is strongly recommended)
	Systems and procedures
	A copy of the applicants letterhead

Electronic transmission of application information is welcomed and may be submitted to submissions@defenseinsure.com. You may also fax the information to 913-652-3982 or mail to the address shown below.
